Remote virtual bookkeeper responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, audits, financial reporting and analysis, budget preparation, tax compliance, and improving accounting systems and procedures. Communicates financial results to management and supports periodic audits.

Provide high-level administrative support to executives (calendar, travel, meetings), create and coordinate marketing materials and campaigns, manage and optimize HubSpot CRM (data, segmentation, automation), analyze campaign metrics, and support ad-hoc projects. Improve workflows to streamline marketing and sales operations.

Create and publish engaging social posts, videos, and graphics; manage community engagement and conversations; analyze social metrics to optimize growth; and support marketing campaigns and collaborations to expand reach.

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Excel VBA macros to automate reporting, data analysis, inventory tracking, and financial workflows. Manage large datasets, optimize processes to reduce manual work, collaborate with Operations/Finance/Sales to gather requirements, document code and workflows, and provide ongoing maintenance and support.

Make outbound calls to financial professionals (CPAs, lawyers, insurance agencies, financial advisors) to generate leads, set appointments, maintain organized lead records, follow up to maximize conversions, and report call metrics and conversion rates to management.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO: schedule meetings, manage travel and payments, transcribe minutes, maintain communications and CRM, assist the team with administrative tasks, and represent the company professionally. Requires handling personal CEO tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed.

Remote role focused on outbound lead generation: cold calling, email and social outreach, qualifying leads, setting appointments, following up, and keeping CRM records updated for smooth sales handoffs.
