This is a remote position.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Excel VBA Developer to automate and optimize Excel-based workflows and data processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in VBA programming and a proven ability to streamline business operations, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.

This role will contribute to building scalable and efficient internal workflows, supporting the company’s mission to deliver quality products to customers through innovative and sustainable practices.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Excel VBA Automation: Develop, enhance, and maintain VBA-based macros to automate processes such as reporting, data analysis, inventory tracking, and financial workflows.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Automate report generation, manage large datasets, and ensure accurate data entry and analysis.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for automation and streamline existing workflows to minimize manual tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Sales) to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot existing VBA scripts, resolving issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
  • Documentation: Create detailed documentation for VBA code and workflows to facilitate clarity and future reference.

 

 

 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining Excel VBA macros.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel functions, formulas, and data analysis tools.
  • Expertise in handling and manipulating large datasets in Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional programming or automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management or similar industries is an advantage.
