Provides first-line IT support for Framestore’s North American divisions through JIRA Service Desk. Responsibilities include workstation configuration, hardware troubleshooting and replacement, system monitoring, asset and loan-equipment management, equipment relocation and provisioning, artist support, documentation in Confluence, and participation in an off-hours on-call rotation. The role is predominantly on-site and requires customer service, problem-solving, scripting, hardware repair, communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
