As a Forward Deployed Data Analyst, you will configure and implement data systems for clients, ensuring their analytics are accurate and actionable. You'll work with teams to refine metrics and improve data processes, ensuring value from day one.

Lead people-analytics strategy for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development. Drive end-to-end analysis of complex workforce problems, deliver evidence-based recommendations to senior leaders, ensure data governance and quality, coach junior analysts, build metrics frameworks, and conduct benchmarking and external research to inform workforce strategy.

Lead end-to-end process mapping and analysis using BPMN and process mining tools. Conduct RCA and variance analysis, document As-Is/To-Be processes, identify automation opportunities, create BRDs, use task mining and simulation to model workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare executive reports, and facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.

The Senior Data Analytics Engineer will develop reporting solutions, perform data analysis, improve data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business metrics understanding. They should have strong SQL skills and at least 7 years of experience in analytics roles.
