Lead global accounting operations including month-end close, journal and reconciliation review, consolidation, statutory/local GAAP reporting, intercompany accounting, fixed assets, audit support, and process improvements. Manage and develop an accounting team, support ERP/system enhancements and post-merger integrations, and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Own month-end close for North American entities: journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, payroll posting, fixed assets, leases (IFRS 16), bank reconciliations, and balance sheet review in NetSuite. Manage debt and intercompany schedules, support monthly reporting for group consolidation, perform variance analysis, reconcile transactional activity, support external audits, maintain internal controls and IFRS compliance, and participate in ERP/finance transformation initiatives.

Provide first-line IT support for remote and in-office employees. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and AV issues; manage onboarding/offboarding, accounts, permissions, and device lifecycle; administer Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and workplace apps; support meeting-room tech and Wi‑Fi; escalate complex issues, lead small IT projects, and improve processes via documentation and automation.
