The role partners with sales, marketing, product management, commercial leaders, and communications teams while advising leaders and coordinating communications across multiple business divisions.

Leads national quotation and bid strategy for ABB’s Canadian Electrification business. Oversees configuration and quotation specialists, develops competitive integrated electrical-system proposals, advises sales leadership on pricing and risk, manages channel partner strategy, and directs strategic pursuits from qualification through contract award. Presents executive business reviews covering pipeline health, win/loss results, commercial risks, and growth opportunities.

Support the definition and optimization of manufacturing processes by preparing technical documentation, defining production sequences, calculating cycle times, and analyzing work phases. Train production and maintenance staff during process and equipment start-ups, share cycle-time data with internal teams, and provide updated documentation to supply chain teams for supplier evaluation and agreements. Participate in action planning and additional start-up support activities.

Support sales by adapting ABB products to customer applications, select optimized products, prepare proposals and documentation, coordinate demos, estimate schedules, liaise with engineering and stakeholders, and help secure new business while leading delivery of design solutions within budget.
