Lead and coordinate major infrastructure projects through estimation, bidding, technical coordination, execution oversight and support. Develop construction methods, schedules, review drawings, manage RFIs and contract changes, ensure permits, quality, safety, and information transfer between project phases.

Create and manage overall and detailed project schedules for procurement, construction, commissioning and validation using MS Project or Primavera P6. Identify critical path, monitor deadlines, produce progress reports and performance indicators, coordinate planning with stakeholders, track planned versus actual activities, prepare cash flow curves and monthly progress details, and attend planning and site meetings.

Provide administrative HR support including new-hire onboarding coordination, probation follow-ups, employee file management, internal referral program administration, drafting employment letters, supporting HR events and business partners, and contributing to various HR projects and processes.
