Lead end-to-end delivery of moderate-to-high complexity projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders and vendor performance. Maintain client relationships, supervise project admin staff, ensure regulatory and H&S compliance, produce estimates and risk assessments, and drive communication cadence and continuous improvement to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Plans and oversees end-to-end project delivery, defining scope, deliverables, budgets, timelines, resources, and requirements. Manage low-complexity construction and facility projects end-to-end: define scope, develop plans and budgets, monitor schedules and risks, oversee teams and vendors, communicate status to stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget, compliant delivery while maintaining client relationships.

Coordinate and deliver non-technical project sub-components (furniture, painting, minor construction). Manage vendors, prepare proposals/contracts, estimate costs, create schedules, monitor progress, and maintain client relationships to ensure projects finish on time, on scope, and within budget.

Lead and integrate workplace transformation projects, coordinating stakeholders, schedules, budgets and communications. Deliver solutions across design, furniture, relocation, decommissioning and change management while advocating for occupant satisfaction and maintaining client relationships.

Support delivery of workplace experience, engagement and change management solutions. Design and deliver classroom and virtual training, develop learning content and assessments, support workshops, curate communications, maintain learning tools and reporting, and assist workplace strategists in program administration and transitions.

Lead development and management of a national Tenant Relationship and Communications program. Create bilingual communications strategies, plans, templates and media/public relations guidance; mentor communication specialists; integrate with facility and project teams; and support communications technology (SharePoint, reporting) to improve tenant and occupant experience.
