The role requires French and English fluency, accurate typing, attention to detail, and intermediate computer skills in a hybrid environment.

Provide operational administration of Salary Continuance and employee leave lifecycle, handling intake, documentation, case setup, communications, coordination with Payroll/Benefits/Disability/HR partners, stop-pay/reinstatement tasks, and ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and consistent employee support during complex absence events.

Provides expert HR support within HR Shared Services by resolving complex employee inquiries, managing HRIS data, maintaining compliance, improving processes, generating reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring colleagues, and supporting HR projects such as system upgrades and policy rollouts. Requires strong HR operations knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, customer service ability, and fluent written and spoken French and English.
