Design and optimize food-processing projects from mandate to production: analyze client needs, process design, P&IDs, equipment selection and procurement, schedule and cost control, field measurements, installation supervision, commissioning, production follow-up, and proposal preparation.

Design, implement and maintain automated security pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA, container and IaC scanning), integrate security tools into CI/CD, manage SBOM, automate vulnerability scanning, define security-as-code policies, establish AI agent guardrails, harden Kubernetes and Azure environments, collaborate with dev teams for remediation, document standards and train teams, and perform security impact analyses for change requests.

Support clients in end-to-end recruitment project management: sourcing (active and passive), candidate prequalification, client advisory, ATS (Lever) management, reporting, and administrative tasks. Collaborate with team, propose acquisition strategies, and ensure candidate and client satisfaction.

Supervise a remote bookkeeping team and manage a portfolio of SMEs, NPOs and real-estate clients. Ensure proactive client follow-up, improve processes and adopt cloud tools, produce corporate tax returns (T2, CO-17) and perform compilation engagements. Provide coaching and manage schedules and deliverables.
