Responsabilités
- Superviser et accompagner l’équipe de tenue de livres à distance;
- Assurer un suivi proactif et personnalisé des mandats pour offrir une expérience client de haute qualité;
- Participer à l’amélioration des processus internes et l'adoption de nouvelles technologies;
- Jouer un rôle actif dans l’organisation du travail et la gestion des échéanciers;
- Participer à la production de déclarations de revenus corporatives (T2 et CO-17)Réaliser les missions de compilation (aucun examen ou audit).
Profil recherché
- Titre CPA (ou en voie d'obtention);
- Environ 5 ans d’expérience en cabinet;
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle avec rigueur et constance;
- Aisance à superviser une équipe de tenue de livres (possibilité pour un premier poste de gestion);
- Excellente communication avec les clients et esprit de collaboration;
- À l’aise dans un environnement 100 % cloud et en évolution rapide;
- Résidence dans la province du Québec (prérequis obligatoire.)
Conditions
- Poste permanent, possibilité de télétravail à 100 % (province du Québec);
- 4 semaines de vacances;

- Encadrement et coaching professionnel avec un conseiller en; développement organisationnel;
- Salaire entre 85 000 et 100 000 $, selon expérience.
