Design, engineer and execute migration of SharePoint 2007 sites to a SharePoint 2010 farm. Coordinate migration planning across thousands of site owners, remediate site-specific issues, fix UI/workflow/JavaScript problems, handle SSO and escalate to core engineering or Microsoft support as needed.

Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE applications using Spring and Hibernate. Implement multi-threaded solutions, SOAP/XML services (Apache CXF), and database design/tuning with DB2. Write unit tests (JUnit, PowerMock), use Unix/Linux shell, version control, and follow SDLC. Work independently and in teams.

Lead technical migration of SharePoint 2007 sites to SharePoint 2010, perform extension/content migrations, remediate SharePoint Designer–modified sites, troubleshoot site-specific migration issues, and provide project coordination (approximately 80% technical, 20% project management).

Develop high-performance C++ market-data components (feed handlers, parsers, value-add servers) across asset classes. Optimize for low-latency, handle TCP/multicast, implement multithreading, memory management, and I/O on Linux. Debug and profile with gdb and performance tools. Work quickly in a fast-paced environment and communicate clearly in English.

Work with equities trade engine teams to design and execute scale, capacity, and resiliency tests for Velocity. Coordinate test plans, run Velocity flow tests, develop automation and admin scripts (ksh/csh/perl/python), gather metrics, architect resiliency scenarios, document results, and own the Scale/Resiliency environment.
