Owns Behavox’s integrated three-statement and operating financial model, including forecasting, SaaS unit economics, scenario analysis, and assumption integrity. Builds acquisition valuations, diligence models, pro-forma projections, and consolidated integration models. Supports business reviews for leadership, the board, and investors by translating financial results into actionable recommendations. Uses AI and spreadsheet automation to improve productivity and data validation while maintaining analytical judgment.

Own full commercial lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts: outbound prospecting, opportunity shaping, executive value-based selling, complex negotiation, CRM (HubSpot) pipeline management, and post-signature commercial ownership to drive expansion and renewals.

Lead strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of global third-party and company-owned events to drive pipeline, revenue, and brand authority. Build event roadmaps, manage budgets and vendors, design scalable playbooks, align cross-functional stakeholders, and measure ROI through pipeline and revenue attribution.

Lead and scale the global finance function for a $50M+ AI company: oversee FP&A, accounting, reporting, treasury, compliance, controls, investor relations, and M&A financial modelling. Build scalable, AI-native finance systems, automate workflows, ensure audit and statutory readiness, and advise CEO/COO on financing, liquidity, and growth planning.
