Lead end-to-end paid acquisition for 1Password's PLG and self-serve motion. Own multi-channel paid strategy, execution, experimentation, and performance measurement across affiliates, paid social, app-store and programmatic channels. Use AI agents and automated workflows to scale campaigns, optimize CAC/LTV, and improve trial-to-paid conversion in partnership with Product, Growth, and Analytics.

Build and maintain the SaaS Manager platform to help IT and security teams discover, govern, and optimize SaaS and AI ecosystems. Deliver end-to-end features, write tests and documentation, participate in code reviews, collaborate with product and design, and proactively improve the codebase and processes.
