Partner with Customer Success Managers to architect and deliver scalable technical solutions for enterprise customers. Perform deep technical discovery, implement integrations or pragmatic workarounds, build reusable assets (scripts, templates, guides), and feed product feedback to improve the platform. Focus on enabling developer workflows and accelerating customer value across Postman's enterprise base.

The Key Account Director will lead growth within enterprise accounts, engaging senior technology leaders, driving strategic account expansion, and orchestrating cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer outcomes and adoption of Postman's platform solutions.
