The role supports Argano’s LATAM expansion and requires professional fluency in Spanish and English, including executive meetings and written project documentation. Responsibilities include managing change requests, project reporting, financial controls, escalations, and delivery quality across the full project lifecycle.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots Workday integrations for implementation and AMS engagements. Builds EIB, Core Connector, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Web Services integrations; supports Workday HCM and Financials; performs root cause analysis, release testing, production support, documentation, and ticket management. Collaborates with functional consultants, project managers, clients, and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable integration solutions.
