The Bilingual Account Manager will manage and nurture key client accounts, implement strategic account plans, enhance client relationships, and identify growth opportunities while providing leadership to junior team members.

Serve as a product and legal-practice expert to drive adoption of Lexis+ AI with Protege at large law firms. Deliver onboarding, training, presentations, and account strategies to increase usage, retention, and growth. Build relationships with decision-makers, create customer-facing content, analyze usage data, and bring market insights to improve products.
