Support EHS activities, cross-regional backup for Eastern Canada offices, and various administrative projects under Sales Manager supervision.

Design and document building automation hardware and software (DDC) for HVAC systems. Produce installation/submittal/as-built drawings, advanced sequences, O&M manuals, cost estimates, and support commissioning, wiring, programming, and transition to service while liaising with project teams and customers.

Integrate and deploy AI-driven HVAC control solutions by mapping client data to internal standards, testing and deploying algorithms, supporting project handoffs, documenting building HVAC systems and control hierarchies, and coordinating cross-functional onboarding and post-deployment support.

Participate in a 12-week technical sales internship focused on commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC equipment, building controls, systems, parts, and services. Work alongside sales account managers, engineers, mentors, and customers; attend sales and service meetings; support solution design, application, and sales activities; and develop technical, business, leadership, and communication skills. The role requires engineering-degree enrollment, bilingual French and English proficiency, Canadian work authorization, a valid driver’s license, and less than 15% travel.

Provide in-person and phone customer support for parts and supplies, process orders and quotes accurately, grow sales by identifying add-ons, maintain product knowledge, assist with inventory/warehouse tasks, and work overtime/weekends as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
