Leads global standardization and technical direction for Bombardier and Challenger aircraft training programs. Owns curricula, courseware, examination databases, regulatory and OEM change assessments, simulator training impacts, instructor enablement, and program readiness. Partners with OEMs, regulators, customers, training managers, and instructors to ensure accurate, compliant, consistent training worldwide. Drives continuous improvement through feedback, performance data, digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Leads enterprise-level defense portfolio strategy, capital allocation, adjacency assessment, and build-buy-partner decisions. Develops acquisition, partnership, and technology-enablement pipelines; monitors defense markets, procurement, budgets, geopolitics, competitors, and emerging technologies. Partners with corporate strategy, Defense & Security leadership, Corporate Development, Government Relations, and executives to shape investment cases, support diligence and integration planning, and prepare CEO, Executive Committee, and Board materials.

Manage CAE’s Operations Support department and lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers and process engineers. Responsibilities include resource planning, coaching, escalation management, departmental vision, service compliance, budgeting, process improvement, efficiency metrics, technical problem-solving, and risk management. The role requires strong communication, bilingual French and English proficiency, Microsoft Office and Power BI expertise, and at least five years managing or supervising a maintenance team.

Leads CAE’s enterprise Safety and Quality Intelligence capability by standardizing analytics, data governance, KPIs, taxonomies, dashboards, and reporting. Partners with governance, operations, manufacturing, and business-unit leaders to develop an intelligence platform incorporating predictive analytics, automation, and AI. Establishes executive risk and performance insights, influences global stakeholders, and leads a team of analytics professionals.

Leads defense and security proposal capture teams, managing schedules, bid strategies, cost estimates, risks, workshare, customer negotiations, and executive presentations. Collaborates with sales, pricing, engineering, and program management to deliver competitive proposals on time and within budget. The role also improves proposal processes, promotes reuse, and develops long-term bidding, outsourcing, and partnership strategies.

Designs and maintains dashboards, reports, KPIs, data models, and ETL/ELT processes. Integrates data from multiple systems, ensures data quality and governance, resolves reporting issues, automates processes, and provides actionable insights. Partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions, supports testing and deployment, documents solutions, trains users, and contributes to analytics roadmaps and AI-related initiatives.

Plans and executes global tradeshows, conferences, customer events, sponsorships, and memberships. Manages event logistics, vendors, contracts, budgets, registrations, stakeholder communications, executive materials, and post-event reporting. Supports marketing campaigns, product launches, brand representation, and customer engagement activities while measuring ROI and improving event processes. Requires international travel of approximately 40% of the time.
