Acts as a strategic HR advisor to Operations leaders across a global client group. Responsibilities include resource planning, coaching, escalation management, departmental vision, service compliance, budgeting, process improvement, efficiency metrics, technical problem-solving, and risk management. The role requires strong communication, bilingual French and English proficiency, Microsoft Office and Power BI expertise, and at least five years managing or supervising a maintenance team.
