Coordinates technical purchasing, supplier sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, order follow-up, inventory replenishment, and warehouse operations. Maintains critical spare-parts inventories, technical documentation, equipment records, and ERP/CMMS purchasing modules. Verifies deliveries, manages returns and warranties, supports maintenance activities, standardizes parts, develops suppliers, prepares performance reports, and helps optimize warehouse space and obsolete inventory.

Hands-on platform engineering role to design, build, automate and operate secure, highly available OpenShift/Kubernetes and AWS/hybrid infrastructure. Responsibilities include IaC (Terraform/Ansible/CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins), Linux administration (Ubuntu/RHEL), observability (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/Splunk), security/compliance (IAM/RBAC, secrets, image scanning) and incident/DR practices. Collaborates with Development, QA, Security and Operations and participates in on-call, after-hours releases and occasional travel.

Leads large-scale client implementation projects from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, vendors, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent initiatives. Uses Agile and Waterfall methodologies, oversees financial performance, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with customer and business objectives. Requires bilingual French and English communication, software implementation experience, and travel to customer sites in Quebec up to 30%.
