Leads post-sale delivery and support orchestration for strategic enterprise customers using Microsoft cloud products and services. Own the full sales engagement cycle for AI-powered business process solutions, including opportunity identification, account planning, executive relationship development, solution demonstrations, value propositions, pipeline creation, contract renewals, and customer success planning. Partner with account executives, engineers, marketing teams, and channel partners to drive adoption of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot, achieve revenue targets, and advise customers on business transformation.

Supports senior Customer Success Account Managers across a shared portfolio of B2B accounts. Executes standardized customer success, cloud adoption, AI acceleration, and solution health activities; tracks milestones, dependencies, support signals, and remediation; identifies risks and portfolio trends; coordinates internal follow-up; and converts reactive support data into actionable insights under direct supervision.

Serves as the primary technical contact for prospective security customers during sales engagements. Leads technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture sessions, proofs of concept, and competitive positioning. Develops security strategies, recommendations, and technical success plans while guiding customer technical decisions around Microsoft Security, XDR, SIEM, XSPM, Zero Trust, and multicloud solutions. Collaborates with sales teams, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the sales cycle, maintains technical expertise, and supports security business growth.

Establishes and operates an ongoing AI optimization framework for strategic customer engagements. The role improves workflows, adoption, prompts, enablement materials, and agent performance using Copilot, usage data, and behavioral signals. Responsibilities include detecting agent drift, prioritizing high-ROI investments, facilitating kaizen improvement cycles, embedding standard work and ownership, and transferring the capability to customer teams. The position also leads multidisciplinary teams and manages multiple projects or portfolios.

Leads enterprise AI workforce transformation by redesigning operating models, business processes, employee roles, and human-agent collaboration. Designs and deploys AI agents, develops AI literacy and retraining programs, embeds adoption into performance and onboarding systems, and protects employee privacy. Directs readiness assessments, change programs, AI councils, champion networks, global training, stakeholder workshops, and adoption analytics to ensure sustained behavioral change across large organizations.
