Drive execution of product roadmaps, enforce secure coding and ISMS practices, remove blockers, manage hiring and budgets, mentor engineers, and improve engineering processes across the R&D organization.

Owner of the value program delivering tailored presentations, building business cases, conducting market and customer research, and creating tools/content to demonstrate product value.
