Leads daily operations, incident management, monitoring, and continuous improvement for SaaS delivery environments. Administers Acumatica deployment lifecycle operations and AWS environments, provides level-three customer and partner support, resolves complex service issues, and improves reliability, scalability, and quality. The role also develops operational strategies, documents resolutions, collaborates cross-functionally, and mentors junior engineers. Weekend on-call participation is required.

Develop and maintain software documentation, training courses, and skill assessments for Acumatica ERP. Collaborate with subject matter experts, update content for software releases, improve legacy materials, review UI text, resolve learner issues, and use AI-assisted tools to enhance content quality and efficiency. The role also triages documentation requests, supports team processes, and communicates with external stakeholders.

Design and present end-to-end Acumatica ERP solutions to support sales. Lead discovery, tailor product demonstrations, create solution and project plans, enable partners, and produce thought leadership to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles.

Provide post-go-live strategic and operational ERP consulting to Acumatica customers: optimize business processes, advise on architecture, integrations, reporting, upgrades, manage relationships, drive adoption and identify upsell opportunities while partnering with support, engineering, services and ISV teams.

Lead implementation, configuration, and support of Acumatica cloud ERP for internal users. Manage integrations, security, data integrity, and disaster recovery. Provide SLA-driven stakeholder support, training, and documentation. Perform business analysis, gather requirements, propose improvements, and manage ERP projects, upgrades, and enhancements.
