Provides strategic legal counsel on commercial contracts, complex customer negotiations, go-to-market initiatives, vendor and collaborator agreements, operational legal processes, and M&A diligence and integration. Partners with finance, commercial, product management, and other teams to manage risk, implement contractual controls, and support strategic transactions. Leads legal workstreams and maintains critical customer relationships.

Review, redline, and negotiate commercial contracts in English and French; evaluate contractual risks; coordinate with cross-functional teams; support sales contracting processes; maintain contract programs, reporting, and tools; mentor analysts and improve legal operations and systems.
