Improve scalability, database migrations, upgrade reliability, concurrency handling, and operational performance in regulated and air-gapped environments. Embed as the primary technical authority for post-sales customers to guide deployment architecture, onboarding, and adoption of agentic AI development workflows. Lead end-to-end onboarding and remediation engagements, design repeatable reference architectures, translate complex environments into secure network/identity/infrastructure patterns, capture product feedback, and document scalable delivery patterns to drive customer outcomes.
