Leads a team of six to eight financial analysts and oversees internal and external financial reporting for a public company. Manage the implementation, daily operations, support, optimization, deployment, and integration of Canadian retail systems, including POS, payment, loyalty, security, and integration solutions. Coordinate internal, distributed, vendor, QA, engineering, and business teams; support budgets, procurement research, testing, compliance, asset inventories, and service agreements. The role provides onsite leadership and collaborates with North American teams and fuel-sector partners.

Supports retail systems for convenience stores and service stations by gathering and defining business requirements, coordinating stakeholder working groups, managing system enhancements and software implementations, and liaising with vendors. Develops project specifications, QA and UAT test plans, risk assessments, user manuals, communication plans, and training materials. Provides user support, troubleshooting, system improvement recommendations, and ensures testing and documentation comply with departmental policies.
