Lead cross-functional teams through NPI, DFM/DTC, testing/prototyping, cost and quality improvements, and customer/ stakeholder technical support.

Lead cross-functional development and lifecycle management of electrical power and integrated helmet systems for military markets. Own product configuration, BOM, test/validation plans, DFM/DfX and DTC efforts, coordinate technical project delivery, support manufacturing introduction, ensure compliance with military and industry standards, and provide customer and supplier technical interface with frequent travel.
