Lead execution of M&A transactions: manage due diligence, financial modelling, documentation, version control, deal tracking, and pipeline qualification. Prepare board and investment committee materials, coordinate external advisors, and support negotiation and valuation decisions while guiding first-time seller clients.

Provide in-house legal support for M&A transactions, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on employment, privacy and regulatory matters, manage external counsel, support corporate governance, and build scalable legal processes to enable growth and post-acquisition integration.

Support month-end and year-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, maintain inventory records and ERP data, analyze COGS and gross margins, monitor inventory SOPs across sites, support audits, and drive process improvements.
