Define roadmaps, oversee architecture and system health, coordinate cross-studio initiatives, mentor managers, improve engineering practices, and support recruitment and talent development to deliver high-quality live and in-development game experiences.

Supports video game project delivery by tracking production progress, schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and project documentation. Collaborates with producers, team leads, employees, and management to resolve issues, organize production meetings, and support daily team management. The role requires strong French and English communication, project or team management experience, attention to detail, initiative, stress management, and passion for video games.
