Provides technical support to aircraft production operations across multiple business-aircraft programs. Analyzes and resolves airframe, systems, and manufacturing issues; responds to non-conformance reports; and coordinates with multidisciplinary engineering, quality, design, methods, and operations teams. Participates in productivity, waste-reduction, and financial-performance improvement projects. Conduct damage tolerance and fatigue analyses for primary aircraft structural elements. Recommend structural design and repair concepts, develop fatigue spectra, validate analyses experimentally, review supplier work, support maintenance manual development, and prepare certification reports. The role requires collaboration with suppliers and engineering teams, plus expertise in aircraft structural certification and metallic structures.

Performs aerospace loads, dynamics, aeroelasticity, aeroservoelasticity, flutter, gust-load, and dynamic-landing analyses using Siemens and MSC NASTRAN. Validates results, compares solver outputs, updates DMAP workflows, supports methodology migration, prepares technical documentation, and transfers knowledge to engineering teams. Requires aerospace or mechanical engineering education, 5+ years of relevant experience, NASTRAN expertise, structural dynamics knowledge, and MATLAB or Python proficiency.

Supports strategic technology and digital transformation projects by planning engineering activities, resolving cross-disciplinary issues, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with partners and suppliers, and providing management visibility. The role requires an engineering bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of aerospace experience, project management capability, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and fluency in French and English.

Leads research and technology project initiatives for aerospace and aircraft development, defining objectives, scope, deliverables, schedules, risks, budgets, and change-management activities. Owns medium-complexity projects through execution and recovery actions, collaborates with engineering and external stakeholders, reports project status and strategic decisions to management, and improves project-management processes.

Develop and improve flight control laws (CLaws) for Fly-by-Wire aircraft, support R&D projects, validate requirements, and ensure compliance with DO-178B standards.

Coordinates daily technical activities across an assigned aerospace scope, including workload allocation, prioritization, KPI tracking, deliverable reviews, quality processes, risk mitigation, and offshore team interfaces. Acts as a technical client contact, supports new team members, documents efficiency improvements, and escalates issues affecting contractual commitments, cost, schedule, or scope.
