The Partnerships Manager identifies, develops, and manages strategic B2B partnerships that drive student referrals, enrollment, revenue, and brand awareness. Responsibilities include prospecting, corporate benefits development, outreach, partner relationship management, CRM administration, market research, reporting, marketing collaboration, and supervising team members. The role requires managing partnership pipelines, coordinating events and presentations, tracking performance, and providing recommendations to leadership.

Perform full-cycle recruiting to source, screen, interview, and place candidates across multiple regions. Maintain ATS and HRIS, manage requisitions, coordinate interviews, support hiring managers, attend job fairs, and handle onboarding coordination while ensuring compliance, documentation, and strong candidate communication.

Provide administrative and coordination support to External Affairs: prepare materials, track legislation, coordinate events and visits, draft correspondence, maintain records, liaise with internal teams, support advocacy and stakeholder engagement, and assist department executives.
