Provide high-touch administrative and calendar management for two co-founders, coordinate travel and expenses, manage inbox and communications, support logistics for meetings and events, maintain records/CRM updates, and assist on special projects and SOP development to protect leadership time and advance organizational priorities.

Lead Fathoms communications and external affairs to grow brand and advance AI policy. Oversee content creation, media relations, rapid response, coalition messaging, editorial calendar, and executive thought leadership. Build and manage the communications team, budget, and external vendors while aligning messaging across research, legislation, and coalition partners. Serve on leadership team reporting to the CEO.

The CTO will lead Fathom's technical strategy, focusing on AI governance, building partnerships, defining standards, and advancing AI safety practices.
