Drive revenue, conversion, contribution margin, pricing, product presentation, UX, promotions, bundles, upsells, and channel experiments across international Shopify markets. Use funnel analytics and customer insights to remove commercial bottlenecks, inform product development, and enable local sales teams through playbooks, training, objection handling, and pricing guidance.

Own end-to-end UX and UI design for global e-commerce customer journeys, from discovery and problem framing through prototyping, validation, and handoff. Lead a mobile-first website redesign, improve product education and conversion, use research, analytics, and usability testing to guide decisions, and build a lightweight design system. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing, and commercial teams to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
