Design and maintain automation frameworks to test AI/LLM-driven features. Develop test strategies for non-deterministic outputs, run functional/regression/performance/API tests, track AI defects, integrate CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with engineering, product, and UX teams to ensure AI quality and responsible AI practices.

Lead client engagements for OnePlan implementations: act as primary client contact, manage schedules, budgets, scope and risks, run strategy workshops, support requirements gathering, collaborate with architects/consultants, and lead training and adoption activities.

Lead discovery, implement and configure PPM/Work Management solutions (OnePlan, MS Project, Smartsheet), integrate Microsoft ecosystem tools, deliver workshops and demos, guide clients through delivery lifecycle, and drive adoption and stakeholder engagement for portfolio, resource, and financial tracking.
