Build relationships with founders, ML engineers, infrastructure leaders, and executives; coordinate with Field Engineering, Applied AI, Product, and Research teams; identify prospects through networks and events; and manage customer partnerships from initial engagement through scaled production.

Build sales pipeline by prospecting target accounts, qualifying inbound leads, conducting personalized outreach across email, calls, and LinkedIn, and transitioning qualified opportunities to Account Executives. Educate prospects on AI inference solutions, collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, and stay current on AI and machine learning trends to support informed conversations with technical and business stakeholders.

Design and operate the go-to-market technology stack, integrating Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and other tools. Build automations, improve data quality, maintain CRM governance, and ensure reliable data flows and reporting. Partner with sellers and GTM leaders to optimize workflows, drive tool adoption, support onboarding, reduce manual work, and translate engagement signals into sales action. Experiment with AI-driven workflows to improve revenue productivity.

Own post-sale technical relationships with strategic enterprise customers from onboarding through production deployment and ongoing adoption. Advise on model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, agent architecture, and inference optimization. Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate escalations, maintain technical playbooks, represent customer feedback internally, lead QBRs, support renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.

Lead Sales Strategy and Revenue Analytics for a rapidly scaling B2B AI company. Own GTM operating models, territory and quota design, bookings and consumption forecasting, QBR/WBR cadences, sales process standardization, and repeatable sales motions. Partner with Sales, Finance, Data, and Product to improve execution and decision-making. Build and lead a strategy or analytics team while advising senior GTM and executive leadership.

Own and grow a portfolio of GenAI startup accounts by identifying prospects, leading technical conversations, coordinating onboarding and integrations, shaping tailored solutions and proofs of concept, and finding expansion opportunities through usage data.
