Supports global legal due diligence activities for La Caisse and its subsidiaries. Analyzes, coordinates, prepares, reviews, and organizes corporate and legal documentation; collaborates with internal and international stakeholders; validates confidential information; tracks requests and deadlines; improves team processes; and assists lawyers with varied legal and transactional mandates.
