Provide bilingual (French/English) first-line sales support for vendor, dealer, broker, and direct channels across the sales lifecycle from application to settlement. Handle quotes, credit applications, documentation, AML checks, billing inquiries, contract generation, and coordination with Credit, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Operations. Manage pipelines, reporting, customer communications, and process improvements to meet new business volume targets and service-level agreements.
