Build and grow an independent advisory practice selling Co-operators insurance and wealth solutions. Prospect, network, and engage clients to deliver personalized, advice-based plans; manage a client portfolio, ensure compliance with licensing and brand standards, and leverage company tools and training to scale business.

Develops commercial insurance business through prospecting, sales activities, client servicing, risk assessments, policy reviews, and customized coverage recommendations. Builds sales pipelines, supports portfolio growth, resolves client concerns, maintains community contacts, and promotes insurance offerings. The role requires French proficiency, a property and casualty insurance license, sales experience, and business development expertise.

Leads a team monitoring individual insurance products and competitive positioning. Partners with Marketing, Actuarial, Pricing, and distribution teams to support sales, brand recognition, regulatory alignment, and product roadmaps.
