Designs and maintains Azure cloud infrastructure, reusable Infrastructure as Code modules, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, alerts, and deployment automation. Participates in architecture reviews, security and networking decisions, technical assessments, cost optimization, and FinOps initiatives. The role also mentors junior specialists and promotes scalable, reliable, and maintainable cloud practices. It is hybrid or remote within Quebec.

Leads billing, collections, revenue operations, and revenue recognition across business units. Oversees team structures, invoicing, credit strategies, reconciliations, SaaS metrics, month-end close, audits, internal controls, and process improvements. Partners with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Onboarding to resolve billing issues, improve cash flow, reduce bad debt and DSO, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Lead cloud security and DevSecOps integration for .NET applications on Azure. Design secure architectures and CI/CD pipelines, conduct penetration testing and security assessments, implement authentication systems, guide development teams, document security procedures, and support compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Design and maintain reusable Figma components, patterns, variants, and documentation within the product design system. Translate requirements and early prototypes into detailed, accessible, implementation-ready UI specifications. Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and developers on design reviews, usability, feasibility, UAT, and implementation quality. Contribute to UX exploration, testing, content design, and continuous improvement across complex digital healthcare products.

Develop cross-platform mobile features with React Native for iOS, Android, and web. Responsibilities include designing and implementing maintainable functionality, writing automated tests, optimizing performance, participating in code reviews, improving delivery workflows, and collaborating with product managers, designers, and senior developers. The role progressively assumes ownership of mobile development work in an agile, multidisciplinary environment.

Leads a data migration development team responsible for extracting, transforming, and loading clinical and administrative data into MEDFAR’s EMR. Oversees ETL architecture, complex migrations, data integrity, testing, code reviews, automation, workload planning, mentoring, recruitment, and performance evaluations. Collaborates with project managers and implementation specialists to resolve technical blockers and ensure successful client deployments.
