Provides Tier 1 technical support to healthcare customers using AssistIQ’s iPad and web solutions, including EHR integrations. Responds through phone, email, SMS, chat, and tickets; troubleshoots and resolves basic issues; documents resolutions; escalates complex problems to Tier 2 or engineering; coordinates follow-up; maintains product knowledge; follows SLAs and support workflows; participates in on-call rotations; and supports French-speaking Canadian customers.
