Lead definition, validation, and scaling of AI-enabled products by translating business needs into roadmaps, requirements, and measurable KPIs; coordinate cross-functional teams, progress proofs-of-concept to enterprise deployments, ensure Responsible AI and governance compliance, and drive adoption, change management, and value realization.

Provide bilingual (French/English) phone and email sales support to mortgage brokers, lenders, and internal sales teams. Set up and maintain broker and lender profiles, resolve escalations, assist with policy and compensation inquiries, deliver broker training, suggest process improvements, and collaborate across teams to support Mortgage Protection Plan processes and tools.

Partner with large national clients to design and deliver member education and communications for group retirement plans. Manage client relationships, create multichannel education strategies, analyze engagement data, run projects and reporting, support RFPs, and optimize programs to drive participation and meet client objectives.
