Responsible for reviewing manual test cases for Salesforce customizations, designing and maintaining automated test scripts (Playwright or similar) for Lightning, executing manual and API tests (Postman), maintaining test environments (Sandboxes/Scratch Orgs), contributing to CI/CD and QA tooling, and ensuring thorough test coverage of Salesforce objects and features.

Design, build, and maintain automated and manual test coverage for Salesforce customizations. Create/execute test plans, manage test environments (Sandboxes/Scratch Orgs), automate UI tests (Playwright), validate APIs (Postman), and support CI/CD and Salesforce deployment processes to ensure release quality across frequent iterations.

Design and implement automated data quality frameworks and tests for BigQuery-based pipelines. Collaborate with data engineers and product to define data contracts and quality gates, build observability and anomaly detection, validate complex ELT/ETL processes, and integrate data tests into CI/CD workflows. Drive improvements in documentation, governance, and pipeline reliability.

Lead design and implementation of automated data quality frameworks and monitors for BigQuery pipelines. Collaborate early with data engineers and PMs to define data contracts, build tests in Python/SQL, integrate data tests into CI/CD, and improve data governance and observability for ETL/ELT workflows.

Design, implement, and maintain cloud security controls and tooling across GCP and Azure. Automate IaC and CI/CD security, run DAST/SAST scans, secure Kubernetes workloads, support incident detection/response, and lead security reviews, audits, and threat modeling.

Own the Salesforce product roadmap from discovery through delivery, managing backlog and sprints with engineers. Translate stakeholder requirements into user stories, drive adoption and change management, track KPIs, run market and user research, and evaluate AI and Salesforce capabilities. Support adjacent user-facing platforms and partner with UX, design, and technical teams to deliver coherent, data-informed platform experiences.
