Lead and grow a software development team while remaining hands-on with coding, code reviews, debugging, architecture, and technical decisions. Own application stability, performance, technical debt, sprint delivery, testing, deployments, and CI/CD collaboration. Partner with Product to build realistic roadmaps, measure engineering outcomes, and establish the Engineering Manager role and team culture.

Owns Booxi’s B2B content and campaigns end to end, from concept through distribution and performance measurement. Responsibilities include account-based campaigns, LinkedIn and executive content, newsletters, blog articles, paid campaign creative, sales enablement materials, SEO/GEO, and AI-assisted content production. The role partners with internal teams and agencies, targets accounts across North America and Europe, and optimizes campaigns based on results.

Leads Booxi’s product organization, platform strategy, customer journey, roadmap, discovery practice, and Product Manager team. Builds the product operating model, establishes ownership and processes, balances feature delivery with customer commitments and technical debt, and partners with engineering leadership. Measures adoption, time to value, and commercial impact while developing team capabilities and influencing organization-wide product practices.

Build and scale Booxi's Partnerships function by recruiting and managing integrators, agencies, and market partners; negotiate commercial agreements; align Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on partner-driven initiatives; measure and report partner-generated pipeline and revenue; and enable the organization to leverage the partner network globally (Europe and North America).
