Collaborate with product and engineering teams to investigate technical issues, validate fixes, and execute functional, integration, regression, and release testing. Provide end-to-end technical customer support by analyzing logs, databases, configurations, and APIs. Maintain test cases, quality processes, support documentation, and knowledge bases. Analyze recurring issues and customer feedback to recommend product and process improvements while monitoring quality and service metrics.

Owns customer support cases from diagnosis through resolution while strengthening product quality. Responsibilities include reproducing defects, identifying root causes, validating fixes, executing functional and regression testing, maintaining test cases, supporting test automation, diagnosing application and database issues, creating support documentation, tracking quality metrics, and translating customer feedback into product improvements. The role partners closely with product, engineering, and customers and requires fluency in English and French.
