Responsibilities include building regression and evaluation suites, instrumenting token and cost metrics, analyzing model performance, optimizing prompts, caching, context, and routing, tracking model releases, and supplying unit-cost data for Finance and pricing decisions.

The Customer Success Manager will guide customers through their lifecycle, ensuring adoption and renewal while collaborating with partners and internal teams for success.

Demonstrate ERP reporting capabilities, analyze customer requirements, design SQL- and Excel-based reporting solutions, develop proof-of-concepts and customer reports, provide initial product support, and train clients, partners, and colleagues.
