Leads franchise marketing and strategic communications across the aesthetics portfolio. Owns franchise narrative, customer value proposition, advisory boards, professional society partnerships, congress strategy, executive visibility, stakeholder engagement, and communications planning. Translates customer and industry insights into strategic recommendations, manages sponsorships and contracts, oversees budgets and compliance, and aligns cross-functional teams around franchise priorities. Requires strong executive communication, storytelling, influence, and leadership in a complex matrixed organization.
