The Reliability Engineer analyzes equipment performance, failure causes, maintenance history, and reliability opportunities. They manage reliability action plans in the CMMS, support maintenance planning and annual shutdowns, implement preventive and corrective maintenance improvements, track performance indicators, maintain GMP and maintenance standards, and train technicians. The role also contributes to safety, quality, environmental procedures, equipment projects, cost reduction, and long-term reliability planning.

Manages accounting operations for Galderma’s manufacturing site, including general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, inventory, treasury, financial close, taxation, audits, internal controls, and ERP data integrity. Leads and develops the accounting team, oversees Canadian statutory compliance, supports financial transformation, and drives process improvement. Requires strong accounting and tax expertise, leadership experience, bilingual French-English communication, and preferably manufacturing or regulated-environment experience.

Lead site-wide talent acquisition for Galderma’s Baie-D’Urfé manufacturing facility. The role develops workforce and recruiting strategies, manages end-to-end and high-volume hiring including temporary workers, leads a small recruitment team, partners with site leadership and hiring managers, builds local talent pipelines, supports employer branding, and ensures compliant, data-driven recruitment processes. The position also contributes to regional and global talent acquisition initiatives and process improvements.

Responsible for verifying line cleanliness, assembling and disassembling pumps, connecting tanks to filling machines, and supporting operators in a pharmaceutical environment.

As a Quality Inspector, you will oversee quality processes on the production floor, ensuring compliance with regulations and conducting inspections, audits, and coaching staff.

The main responsibility is to ensure the operation of production equipment and building utilities, applying pharmaceutical quality standards in a highly automated environment. Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance in mechanical and electrical fields are key tasks.

Manage site CAPEX project portfolio: implement global portfolio and project standards, align and coordinate CAPEX planning and execution, contribute to CAPEX budgeting and forecasting, coach and support project teams, lead feasibility studies and prioritization, monitor project performance, reporting, and drive continuous improvement.

Perform warehouse receiving, shipping, inventory and packing tasks for pharmaceutical products. Operate forklifts, prepare shipments (Canada/US), enter data into POMS, inspect deliveries, handle hazardous material segregation, perform cycle counts, and maintain cleanliness and safety compliance.

The Production Engineer ensures compliance with health and safety standards, supports autonomous work cells, optimizes methods and processes, and documents production outcomes while analyzing performance and production efficiency.
