Leads broadcast engineering and infrastructure operations across Cogeco Media’s network. Oversees RF transmission systems, AoIP architecture, signal-chain integrity, critical IT/OT resilience, technology deployments, maintenance, regulatory compliance, vendors, budgets, business continuity, and operational performance. Manages multidisciplinary technical teams, develops talent, evaluates emerging technologies, and partners with business and technology leaders. Requires extensive broadcast or telecommunications infrastructure experience, bilingual French and English communication, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and frequent travel across the network.

Plans, forecasts, and tracks capital expenditures across Canadian and U.S. operations. Analyzes budget variances, monitors project progress, prepares management and executive reports, validates project requests and budget transfers, and supports accounting analyses. The role also develops reporting and control tools, manages forecast files in Workday, and collaborates with operational teams and multiple stakeholders.
