Collaborates with analysts, designers, developers, and business stakeholders while contributing to project planning, security practices, continuous delivery, and technical standards. Acts as a senior or lead developer, subject matter expert, consultant, and coach for team members.

Develops mortgage business by building relationships with brokers, builders, financial planners, and other referral sources. The role includes sales training, credit knowledge development, joint sales calls, coaching, and use of a dedicated sales management system. Performs quarterly actuarial reserve valuations for property and casualty insurance lines, including IBNR, claims liabilities, assumption monitoring, and ultimate profitability analyses. Develops forward-looking insights, improves valuation tools and techniques, prepares actuarial and financial reports, and coordinates results with business partners, external auditors, AMF, and OSFI. Supports risk controls, governance, process improvements, and colleague development.

Handle inbound and outbound client calls for TD Wealth, providing bilingual (EN/FR) investment advice, resolving inquiries, executing buy/sell orders, meeting sales and quality targets, and using multiple systems while adhering to regulatory compliance and training requirements.
