Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers to drive retention, adoption, expansion, and customer value. Set strategic direction, optimize processes, oversee operations and resources, coach and develop managers, monitor KPIs, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and senior leadership to translate customer feedback into action.
