Supervise a small bilingual accounting team (2-3), manage month-end close, prepare and analyze financial statements and quarterly filings, reconcile general ledger accounts, approve transactions (AP, credits, P-card), prepare forecasts, train and evaluate staff, and ensure accounting controls and regulatory compliance.

Manage and retain major enterprise accounts through consultative selling, contract and renewal management, RFP/RFQ responses, cross-functional coordination, and identifying growth and efficiency opportunities. Serve as primary customer contact, maintain accurate records in internal systems, resolve service/billing issues, and support compliance in regulated sectors.

Lead pricing analysis by building and maintaining pricing infrastructure, evaluating and recommending pricing strategies, producing advanced customer and route profitability reports, coordinating price changes with Sales/Billing, and supporting junior analysts.
